I have been a resident of Kelowna and a REALTOR® since 2006. I have a lovely wife and the cutest little daughter in town (obviously I'm biased). I have worked very hard over the past nearly 20 years to become one of the Top agents in the city. I am in the Top 1% most successful CB agents in the country and I lead one of the #1 teams in B.C. (The Welcome Home Team). Many agents spend big dollars marketing themselves to generate business...for me, it has come down to hard work and a good reputation. I pride myself on keeping my client's best interest as my top priority. I am a bit of a stickler for the rules when it comes to the paperwork...that does not mean I don't know how to 'do what it takes' to get the deal done. It means that I work hard to make sure that we are doing what it takes, while at the same time, making sure that we are doing things correctly. There are many pitfalls in contracts that can trip up buyers and sellers alike. I work hard to ensure that there are no surprises and we are safe with solid and well-executed paperwork. When working with me, you will also find that I am very quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. I live my life with the 'See The Job, Do The Job' attitude. I do not like putting things off when I can get matters sorted right away. Speed is not only helpful, but it can also ensure that a buyer gets the jump on that perfect home and/or that a seller gets a buyer all they need to receive top dollar for their home.
